Eric Green is an investor, entrepreneur, and the CFO and Operations Director for Green Property Brokers, Inc. He has an extensive background partnering with nonprofit organizations around the globe. He’s launched and worked with several civic organizations, training schools and various companies over the last 16 years. Having traveled to five continents, he has served, helped, and educated thousands of people during that time. Eric enjoys connecting with other entrepreneurs, business owners, and all types of folks in various industries to see how they can share ideas and resources and create win win situations. He’s passionate about educating and coaching people on finances, high performance and life management so they can achieve the results they’re aiming for. Eric and his wife Wendy reside in Nashville and enjoy spending time with family, exploring new places, and helping folks with all of their real estate needs.

Kirk Whitworth for over 34 years has closed over 1900 properties as a listing broker and investor for single and multi-family residential homes as well as buildings and complex commercial properties. Kirk has been a Subdivision Developer, worked in New Construction and Rehabbed hundreds of properties. As an auctioneer he has done large Charity Auctions both local and in Las Vegas and has auctioned off over 200 pieces of Real Estate. He has helped thousands of people Buy, Sell, Finance and Rent to Own homes. As an investor, Kirk has bought/rehabbed and sold over 900 properties in five different states and internationally. Teaching his 6 children and 9 grandchildren to love the outdoors, he has camped, hunted, fished, skied snow/water and hiked in 8 states and other countries. As an encouraging multi-tasking team builder Sheree has helped keep the morale high as our companies have expanded into everything Real Estate and fostered a family environment with customers as well as team members. Sheree was born and raised in Texas however after living in Tennessee for over ten years she and her husband, children and grandchildren love being here.

Wendy Tice is the administrative assistant. She was born and raised in a small town in the heart of Alabama; however, for the past 27 years she’s called LaVergne home. Wendy has diverse work experience including 23 years in the financial industry. She was a customer service manager for several years with a total of 500 CSR to manage. Her vast work experience in the financial industry has established within her the commitment and dedication to make sure each client is taken care of in a timely manner and treated right. Wendy’s goal has always been to have her clients feel like family. She is happily married to her husband Frank, has two wonderful children, and serves as Children’s Ministry Director at Grace Church Assembly of God.
Angie Hedberg
Office Manager
Angie Hedberg is the Office Manager & Transaction Coordinator for the Team. Angie joined the team in December 2020. She brings with her a passion for doing a job she loves, along with high level of organizational skills, time management and attention to detail. Along with an attitude of doing what it takes to get the job done, she believes her success is attributed to her determination in giving the highest level of customer service and then some. She has a very high expectation of herself and is always willing to learn. Her background includes 24 years of upper level management in fast paced retail and District Management positions with several companies.. She owned and operated her own property management company for 15 years and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in TN and FL. Angie loves to read self-help books, Jigsaw Puzzles, re decorate her home and is currently completing her goal of walking 50 Tennessee state parks (13 remaining). She has two beautiful independent teens. Her daughter recently graduated from Vol State Community College and her son recently got his driving permit. She believes all things happen for a reason and you cannot just sit around and wait for anything to happen.
